By creating an account or using froggy.app (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Attempt to access another user’s data without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute model output as a licensed financial product.

Froggy generates automated financial models for informational and educational purposes only. Output is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Froggy is not a registered investment advisor. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froggy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
