Froggy Inc. (“Froggy”, “we”, “us”) operates a financial modeling and valuation platform at froggy.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash).

Usage data. We log the tickers you analyze, models you save, and anonymized product analytics such as page views and feature usage.

Technical data. We receive your IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit the site.

We use the information above to:

• Provide and maintain your account and saved models.
• Generate the financial forecasts and valuations you request.
• Improve the product through aggregate analytics.
• Send essential service emails (security, billing, policy changes).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it to advertise to you. Financial data you enter belongs to you.

We keep your account and saved models for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your saved data within 30 days.
